I'm a lazy writer. Perhaps I can use this blog since I waste so much time on computers. What holds me back from blogging is wondering, "who will even read this?" <br /><br />Some really good websites to go to when bored:<br />www.realitycarnival.com<br />YouTube or Google Video search: Daniel Johnston<br />www.ilovephilosophy.com<br />www.newgrounds.com<br /><br /> Everyone should see "The Devil and Daniel Johnston." I forgot the director, but he won the Sundance film award for Best Directing. It's a very moving documentary of the history of Daniel Johnston. He grew up in his own personal hell. He has an extreme case of manic-depression, and he's very VERY delusional. If you hear your first song by him, you'll probably be thinking, "Ewww, wow this really blows." Give it some time, and I guarantee you'll fall in love with his honest portrayal of love and raw pain. <br />Songs to check out:<br />"Love Will Find You In The End"<br />"Story of an Artist"<br />"Devil Town" (the cover of this song is done by Bright Eyes, and it's excellent)<br />"Walking The Cow"<br />"Grievances"<br />"Held the Hand"<br /> Best thing to do first is WATCH the movie. You can get it anywhere, I think.
